The location, layout of the house and the views.

The house needs a refresh and or a very deep clean. It felt like it was really dirty and hadn't been lived in or cleaned for a while. The sandwich maker still had crumbs and oil all over it. The house was really dusty/cobwebs everywhere and the floors were grimy....overall it was very disappointing for the price I was paying.
