The location was ideal and the room comfortable No problem with parking the car and the area was free

Unfortunately a restaurant was being built next door, which we were not informed about There was no building noise outside normal working hours, so that was not a problem However the building area around the flat blocked the view of the harbour which we were expecting During the day building vehicles partially locked the entrance to the flat which was not good

Hot room No big dressing mirror Nowhere to put clothes - had to live out of cases - but only place for one case. Lovely room - but it is small.

Outstanding location directly on the water and close to town. Very quiet perfect little love nest. Middelfart was a surprising little gem.

Switch the pillows out or try 2 types to avoid discomfort.

Charming appartment at the historic harbour

Charming and cosy appartment directly at the waterfront/historic harbour. Nature and city center close by. Very friendly owner and we also had some funny chats with walking by people, who stopped to have a look at the nicely renovated facade.

Rart og meget centralt sted i Middelfart - men lejligheden har en del mangler efter vores behov.

beliggenhed helt i top

vi boede bogstaveligt talt på en byggeplads. Da vi kom holdt en stor kranbil parkeret ud for lejligheden og vi havde besvær med at komme ind i lejligheden. Heldigvis holdt den der kun på ankomstdagen, men den kommer sikkert igen. Der mangler gelænder ved trappen til indgangsdør (mit hustru er dårligt gående og rollartorafhængig). Lejligheden er efter vores smag for lille og trang. Man kan ikke bukke sig på det meget smalle badeværelse uden at støde mod væggen. Der mangler garderobeplads, kun 3 primitive bøjler og ikke en eneste hylde, så man må bo i sin kuffert/taske. Ingen brødrister. Vi havde betalt for 2 overnatninger, men benyttede os kun af den første - af ovennævnte grunde. Synd for ellers et meget rart sted. Havde vi fået besked om ovennævnte, ville vi have valgt et hotel i stedet for. Forhåbentlig bliver det rarere, når byggeriet er overstået - en gang i løbet af 2026.

Meget fint lille sted med udsigt over havnen i den rolige ende af Havnegade. Veludstyret med badeværelse, køleskab og lille køkken samt gode senge. Dejligt med mulighed for at sidde udenfor v. lille cafebord med stole.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt der Kai für Segler. 50 m entfernt ist das exquisite Fischgeschäft „Strib Fisk“. Optimale Wander- und Radfahroptionen. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Dass man in einem 1-Zimmer-Appartement gut miteinander leben können muss, versteht sich ja von selbst.

Wenn überhaupt etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt, ist es der geringe Platz in den Schubladen, da die Hälfte mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche belegt sind.
