Lokacija je super, plaža i trgovina su u blizini, većinu Crikvenice možete obići pješke. Velika prednost je parking iza kuće u sklopu objekta jer je u gradu jako teško naći prazno mjesto za parkiranje. Objekt je bio uredan i čist, soba ima frižider s ledenicom, dvije čaše za vodu, prostrane ormare i terasu s pogledom na more.
Kuhalo za vodu se nalazi u hodniku i dijeli se s ostalim sobama što može biti problematično ako želite kuhati kavu rano ujutro dok drugi spavaju jer je kuhalo dosta bučno. Šalice su dostupne za korištenje uz kuhalo, ali nema žličica za promješati napitak. Krevet je dosta nizak i madrac je spužvast što nije pretjerano udobno.
