The Cottage St Kew

Fantastic location close to Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock and many other beautiful villages. It was very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable.

It could do with a bit of TLC - refresh the paintwork, locate key to window in smaller room and put a rail and shelves in smaller room so there’s somewhere to hang/put clothes.

The location was brilliant. It was a lovely little cottage and great that the dogs could stay as well! Very comfortable beds and bedrooms were 10/10!!

Boiler could have been easier to use. As it wasn’t so easy I recommend a hand book telling you about it or some piece of paper telling you about how to use it. I hit my head 3 times perhaps some sort of rubber on the low points?? The rug in the sitting room felt and looked dirty. I would just take it out and have the flag stones if dogs are going to be allowed. Also the sofas could have been a little cleaner. These are only minor things and didn’t detract much from the rating and would definitely go back!! Also I would have a little walking route to the beach- increase the selling point that it’s only about 6 fields walk to port gaverne!! Perhaps refresh the list of pubs in the folder as at least one of them is closed!! Not everyone goes just to sit in the pubs. Perhaps a list of boat companies and companies that do paddle boarding and kayak hire… etc. perhaps a tide clock! So many things that would make it a 10!

Conveniently located to visit several places. Clean and tidy with plenty of charm

A bit remote for us no local pub or shop plenty in port issac a few miles away
