Amplasarea apartamentului, view-ul de la balcon absolut superb.
Apartament spatios, utilat cu bucatarie si tot ce ai nevoie ptr a prepara ceva de mancare.
Necesita cateva imbunatatiri, peretii erau vechi si usor murdari, in baie de asemenea.
In concluzie, recomand acest apartament persoanelor care nu pun pret pe detalii.
Pentru noi a fost foarte ok.

L’appartement est conforme à la description; chambres spacieuses, cuisine bien équipée, le tout dans un état impeccable et propre, sans oublier la vue magnifique depuis les baies vitrées du salon et du balcon.

amazing location with breathtaking view of the Marina Canal and the beach on the side. Day time and night time has two different vibes. At Day you can sit by the balcony and enjoy the yachts and the jet-skies cruising through JBR beach. At night time an amazing paranoma view of the Dubai Marina the magical lights. The building is from EMAR which has touch of its elegance with beautiful pool side with open sea view at the lobby.
parking card not available. that gave us some pain to park the car everyday. even though the building security allowed to park us in the lobby parking which belongs to different residents of the building. we had to request the security in charge everytime.
