Relax and recharge in this beautiful and quiet 3 bed/2 bath updated condo located just steps from the NO DRIVE portion of New Smyrna Beach! This ground floor condo is packed with amenities and located on the gorgeous grounds of the Sun Beach Club resort complex where you can enjoy the oversized heated pool and hot tub year round.

- living room with vaulted ceiling, sectional sofa, and 55" flat screen Roku TV
- free WIFI and cable
- outdoor storage with patio chairs, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids
- back patio with glass slider
- fully stocked kitchen with both a keurig and drip coffee maker
- dining area for up to 6
- in-unit washer and dryer
- 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed plus 1 extra twin mattress that can be
placed where you wish
- board games and beach reads
Location:
- No drive beach just a 2 minute walk (crosswalk)
- If you prefer to drive, free parking is just a minute drive away
- Walk across the street to the shopping plaza and enjoy the convenient grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and ice cream shop
- Historic and popular Flagler and Canal Avenue restaurants, bars, and shops located just 5 minutes away

What an amazing location! Becky has the most amazing vacation rental with EVERYTHING you could need and want to make the stay relaxing. We will for sure be booking another family stay!

We love the Sun Beach Club! Becky was a great host and her unit was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the pool/hot tub, close to the stores and restaurants across the street and the back patio was very nice! The beach was easy to get to and very walkable. Thank you Becky!
