Welcome to our spacious and comfortable condo, ideally located a short drive from Disney! Perfect for up to 6 guests, our condo is located within a vacation resort, and you are welcome to full use of the facility's amenities, including: 4 outdoor pools, 8 hot tubs, splash pad, playground, tennis and basketball courts, gym, walking trails, and lakefront beach. With its soaring high ceilings, the open atmosphere invites relaxation and connection, making it a wonderful vacation oasis. The well-equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer allow you to pack light and set your own schedule for adventures, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay and ensuring you'll feel right at home. The main bedroom features a deluxe en suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, double sinks, and a soaking tub for added luxury. Enjoy meals in the fresh air on the screened patio.
You'll have easy access to a world of entertainment, shopping, and dining options within minutes of the resort. There are ample golfing opportunities, mini-golf, state parks for hiking and biking, and you're also only an hour from the nearest coastal beaches. (Approximately 1 hour to Cocoa Beach and 2 hours to Tampa.)

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was so spacious and comfy. Perfect for our family of 5. Walking to the club house, dock and pools was easy. There’s so much to do here. The kids fished off the dock and watched the gators. We ate at Tradewinds… excellent chicken strips! Our host was wonderful and we’d happily return!

Property is fantastic. The beds were terrible and the living room furniture is old and not comfortable at all. Had a hard time figuring out how to watch anything on the TV. Absolutely love this resort but probably would not stay in this room again

This is a very nice property all that we expected easy checkin and great communication with property managers the always checked in with us. Would definitely stay again
