The host was welcoming and reached out to offer help if we needed. The back deck area was wonderful and we enjoyed the ducks. The deck and ping pong table were a bit dirty and we were very limited on wash cloths and had to do laundry after the first day to have enough. However, the house is exceptionally comfortable as were the beds.

The layout is excellent with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is also convenient, situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and amenities.
It Could have used more cleanliness and upkeep on a few things inside as well as the deck area outside, aside from that it was very accommodating.
