Retreat 36 is the perfect location for your next trip to Park City! Just a 7-minute drive into the downtown Park City area and a 5-minute drive to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, this retreat at Jordanelle is the ideal spot for access to four seasons of adventure.

The Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood offers expansive mountain luxury lodging for large groups looking to enjoy time together. Whether you are seeking a cozy après ski environment after a long day on the slopes, or a summer family getaway to the Jordanelle reservoir for boating or paddle boarding, the Retreat at Jordanelle is perfect for your next adventure in Park City.

With the Jordanelle access road, guests of Retreat at Jordanelle can drive out of the neighborhood and around the reservoir to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola on the new East Village Mayflower side of the mountain in roughly 5 minutes or less, making this location a new hot spot particularly for Deer Valley skiing. Guests also have quick driving access to Park City Mountain and Canyons Village at 10 minutes to each. Downtown Park City is just a few miles down the road and is about a 7-minute trip to the historic corridor. While set back from the hustle and bustle, Retreat 36 offers solace, yet easy access to all Park City has to offer.

This 4/5 bedroom ski abode boasts sleeping arrangements for 12 travelers, making this end unit townhome very desirable for various guest groups like multi-generational family stays, Sundance executive or other corporate retreats, singles getaways and more. While noise and events are monitored and prohibited in this neighborhood, we do encourage you to enjoy all of the amenities offered at Retreat 36! The neighborhood's common area movie theater, fitness center, seasonal pool and year-round hot tub, grilling pavilion, and billiard room area are great additions to the townhome's private hot tub, grill, and multiple family rooms for entertaining!

The townhome offers 4 traditional bedrooms which include a King master with ensuite bath, a King junior suite, and 2 Queen bedrooms. The lower level living area is a legal 5th bedroom offering two roll away twin beds with memory foam and a full ensuite bath. There is also a upper level loft space with two Twin beds, in total accommodating up to 12 travelers.

The property is equipped with a Traeger grill, Ninja coffee system for ground coffee or pods, ice coffee or milk froth, gourmet stocked kitchenware,TV technologies, high speed internet, central air conditioning, and a beautiful rocky mountain stone fireplace for cozy gathering. Expansive views of the townhome's nearby hiking and biking trails are abundant through the large windows, as the townhome backs up to beautiful open space and a 15 acre park with sidewalks throughout the project.

Ideal in summer months for swimming hiking and biking, and just as exciting in winter with easy access to all three world class resorts in around Park City, the Retreat Townhome 36 is the perfect place for your next stay in ski country!

A beautiful home just 10 minutes outside of Park City, my party of 10 and I had nothing but good things to say about this home! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town, and I recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

The 2 beds in the common area are virtually unusable as there are no blinds on huge windows. Disappointed that the workout area was closed and that it wasn’t disclosed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths.
