lovely semi-detached 2-bedroom house, ideally located close to the beach and local amenities. Perfect for enjoying the Landes lifestyle, you can explore forest trails, play tennis, golf or mini-golf, and breathe in the fresh ocean air.
The house features an entrance hall and utility room with washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). The living room includes a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa-bed and TV. The night area consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and wardrobe. A shower room with washbasin and towel dryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the interior. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a fully enclosed garden, ideal for children. Pets friendly house. WIFI is also available.
