The room is very simple with beds and nothing else. It has a shared bathroom and a great shared kitchen. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main entrance to Petra. I recommend it for those who want to save the most, but the comfort will be minimal. One of the highlights was the host Anas who was exceptional in providing information and support during my stay.
The weak point is the lack of amenities, such as a fan, frigo bar in the room, etc.

Big apartment and the owner is very friendly, we chatted a while on on the first night and gave me some insights about Petra.
Cleanliness was ok for me but is an old apartment so just do not pretend too much. Position is good but without a car is not so straightforward to get there (i.e. if you want to go have dinner in main street or to Petra by walk).

The host was so friendly, welcoming and helpful during my whole stay. The appartement is big for a single traveler. Location is good and safe and the apartment has everything you need.
