L’emplacement est parfait. Tout à proximité les restaurants,la boulangerie, la mer et belle piscine. Le jardin avec les équipements est super. La maison est charmante avec tout le nécessaire pratique à la vie de famille.

The location of the property is good. Near the beach. Short walk to local amenities as described on the information. The outside dining table and seating area were very nice. Lots of kitchen equipment and utensils. Beds quite comfortable. The cleaning lady was very nice and tried her best to help.

Approach to the entrance of the house is dirty and needs a good clean. Not a good first impression. The keys need identifying as to which door they are for. There is no information in the house about this. The garden and pool area could be lovely if only it wasn't mostly dead weeks. Needed watering desperately on arrival, pot plants practically dead. The hosts ask you to water the garden. However, there is no water in the well, and should this not be done before guests arrive! This expectation by the host is unreasonable when it has not been done for guests arriving. This was pointed out to the cleaning lady along with other points. Various bulbs missing in lamps. One table lamp had the fitting taped up with sellotape and electrical tape. Extention leads to the TV dangerously hanging from TV. Ceiling light not fitting well over dining table. Only half of outside lights working. We had to ask for more towels as the quality of towels were very poor. We had several problems which I spoke to the host about. He did get someone to try help us with patio doors that needed attention, blind needed attention very quickly, however we had no hot water at all one morning. Needed a boiler technician to come out which happened at 8.00pm that night. Spoilt our arrangement for Sat night as unable to shower etc. We were a group of 6 mature ladies and hot water is important to us. The photos of the house are misleading. It does require updating badly. We had the problem of the electricity failure when we were there and this is no fault of the host obviously. However there was no torches or emergency candles in the house which I think should be considered. I found the host patronising and dismissive when texting him.
