Vom Altstadtbahnhof ist man in wenigen Minuten dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und für zwei Tage absolut ok. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffee, alles da.
Das Haus liegt neben einem alten Industriestandort, der auf Revitalisierung wartet. Die Nachbarn gegenüber dem Hof sind etwas sehr krakelig. Die Backbleche sollten mal geputzt oder erneuert werden.

Постільна білизна потребує заміни, зношена. Прибирання має бути ліпшим. Деяких побутових дрібниць не вистачало: кухня - сіль, чай, кава, олія (хоча б одну порцію); ванна кімната - мило та шампунь, засіб для прання (хоча б разовий засіб). Слабкий сигнал інтернету

Free parking in a private backyard. The friendly owner met us at check-in and helped with parking. Located between the historical center and porcelain manufactory.
No air conditioner, WiFi was not working, and the apartment was not very clean (dirty washbasin and floor, towels with a bad smell, etc.). The apartment is on the 2 floor, while the parking is on 0 and there is no elevator. On the check-out morning, the door to the parking was locked and we had to get around the quarter to access the car.
