sehr gut gefallen hat mir Alessandro bei der Schlüsselübergabe, er hat alles gut erklärt und mir auch noch beim Gepäck geholfen. Vor der Anreise hatte ich mehrfach per SMS und auch telefonisch Kontakt mit Weronica sie hat sich ebenfalls bemüht meine Fragen zu beantworten.
Bei der Buchung hatte ich bereits eine Anfrage auch per SMS an Veronika geschickt ob es möglich ist eine oder 2 std länger im Apartment zu bleiben. Mir wurde gesagt, das könnte man erst 2 Tage vorher beantworten ob eine neue Buchung vorliegt oder ob es möglich ist. Ich habe am Samstag und Sonntag angerufen und wurde auf den Montag 10.00 vertröstet (unser Abreisetag). Am Montag 10.15 wurde mir von der Agentur mitgeteilt das wir 11.00 raus müssen. Durch die Hektik haben wir einen Rucksack mit Sachen für die Kinder für den Flug stehen lassen es war in 1,5 Std nicht möglich uns den Rucksack zu holen. Ich habe ihn dann gegen 16.00 aus der Wohnung geholt und diese so vorgefunden wie wir sie 11.00 Uhr verlassen haben. Das hat uns schon zu denken gegeben. bis 12.00 oder 13.00 zu bleiben war nicht möglich (wir hätten für die 2 Std länger auch bezahlt. So war es eine sehr unangenehme Stresssituation mit kleinen Kindern.
