El Rinconcito

The room was nice, clean, and with enough storing space (actually it's amazing how much storing space they created in such small room). The aesthetic is great, we loved it. The kitchen is equipped for simpler cooking, with coffee machine and even washing machine. It's perfect if you are here for hiking or trips, it's relatively close to most of the attractions on the south of Tenerife. We really enjoyed it. We also found a parking space every time.

The biggest disadvantage is that the noise isolation of the apartment is really bad - you can practically see light from the outside by the edges of the door (nobody can see in, don't be afraid - we tried :) ). During the week it's fine, but during weekends and public holiday you can hear a noise from nearby community center, however we were still able to sleep (good hike during the day certainly helps). The second disadvantage was certain smell of water drainage, but reducable by running cold water for few minutes. The water tastes little bit salty, otherwise it was fine.

L'emplacement. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Décoration du logement original. Fonctionnel.

Le confort : manque de luminosité ( une fenêtre dans le logement mais avec un film opacifiant) et matelas peu confortable. Mal isolé, on entend les bruits dans la rue.

This apartment is compact, and yet it's so well designed, convenient, modern and pretty. Loved the wooden parts, the extendable kitchen table, a good AC, the lighting and the phone stands by the bed and the entire look!

- The bathroom is a little smelly - There's enough hot water for a single person to take a shower (so you need to wait ~15 minutes for the water to heat for the next person... or shower together) - There are microgaps in the main door and the window, so there is just a moderate sound isolation from the street outside (if you need a complete silence to sleep, make sure to not come during the carnival!)
