Voodi oli mugav ja voodipesu puhas. Omanikuga suhtlus toimis kiirelt ja probleemid lahenesid. Majal on oma terrass mis on väga suureks plussiks. Lisaks on seal tegelikult olemas ka bassein, tehke korda ja saate rohkem raha küsida külalistelt, tühja basseini keegi ei soovi. Majas elavad ka püsielanikud, kes on seal juba pikemalt ja omavad kontakti omanikuga.
Wc vajab hädasti puhastust, kohutav hais ja mustus, nagu 1985 aasta Venemaa raudteejaama peldik. Sellest ei saa mööda vaadata! Parkimiskohti on max 3 kohta aga tube on väga palju rohkem ja tänaval on parkimine tasuline. Meil oli 2 tuba, nendest ühe lukk oli nii puudulik, et võtit ei ole vaja avamiseks- uued külalised hõivasid me toa sel ajal kui me ise istusime terrassil.
