Die Lage, die Aussicht die funktionierende Heizung
Die Wohnung ist etwas verwohnt, die Dusche hatte schwarze Flecken, der Auslauf des Waschbeckens war unsauber und bei einer Tür der Küchenschränke blättert die Oberfläche ab.

Spacious apartment and excellent location
The fridge in the living room it's extremely noisy, maybe needs to be changed for a silent one. Just a suggestion.

Appartamento ampio, in pieno centro con vista mozzafiato sul mare e castello normanno, un po' rumoroso la notte per la movida, basta tenere le finestre chiuse tanto c'è l aria condizionata. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni di Catania.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei disservizi che non sono stati risolti dal personale dopo richiesta, ad esempio luce del bagno che lampeggiava abbiamo usato quella dello specchio, biancheria della cucina non presente anche se indicata, asciugamani contati, 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica, sedia del balcone rotta, la scopa idem, insomma ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione.
