Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4.5 bath BAYFRONT home near town. You and your family and friends have so much to choose from when staying at Ellavy Bay!
In your backyard: Take a swim, paddle board or kayak trip around Princeton Harbor, float the day away on a tube, crabbing, fishing off the dock, or simply do some people watching with a cocktail in hand on the pier as boaters cruise through the Harbor.
Shop/Dine: Shops, dining, mini golf and much more are a short 7 minute walk into the heart of town!
Beach it: The beach is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away! Park at 30th street beach for easy loading/unloading - you'll be soaking in the sun in minutes!
Inside: The traditional floorplan allows for living areas on the first floor providing easy access to the fenced in bayside back yard, with bedrooms on the second and third floor. The first floor includes a family room on the street side, dedicated dining area, a huge island and kitchen towards the rear of the home. A 3 season enclosed Florida room is located through a set of sliding glass doors just off the kitchen and includes a nice teak dining set with seating for 6, plus a lounge area on the other side of the room. The second floor includes four bedrooms one bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has 2 sets of custom built bunk beds (full size on the bottom and twin on top). These two bedrooms share a jack and jill full bath. Additionally this floor has two large bedrooms towards the back, both with queen beds and private baths. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite which includes a king bed, private balcony overlooking the bay, and en-suite bath with dual sink vanity. The nicely landscaped backyard and sitting area over the bay is the perfect retreat after the beach.
This rental includes a boat slip and plenty of dock space for floats, kayaks, jetskis, etc.!

The house was advertised and had great access to the bay. There was a 2 person kayak provided and we brought our own paddleboards to enjoy the water.

The property is very well maintained, in an excellent location and gorgeous. The entire experience from booking to check in to check out was easy. I cannot say enough how beautiful this house is and there are multiple entertaining areas perfect for larger groups. While it was a last minute trip for my husband and I, it would have been perfect for our entire family with plenty of space and amenities. The three seasons room was my favorite for early morning coffee and the sunset on the deck was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you!!!
