Very nice spacious apartment with complete kitchen. Nice beds, hot good shower and working ac. Supermarket is a 1 min. walk and busstop 5 min. In 8 minutes you are at the beach.
Communication went very smoothly and we felt welcome.
Owner is very helpful.
Only downside is that the building is poorly isolated so we heard the upstairs neighbors with small child(ren?) very loud. It apparently was holiday season so they were home a lot. My friend was working from the appartement and this was disturbing to her.
However, when you're on holiday you are usually not home all day so you won't be bothered :)
In the evening everything was nice and quiet.
