Durch die Lage zum Hinterhof gab es eine starke Geruchsbelästigung durch den Döner Imbiss.Eine Lüftung war erst sehr spät am Abend möglich.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung. Tolle Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone und am Aufgang zum Strand. Der Service des Vermieters ist sehr gut durchorganisiert

Insgesamt eine super Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Nicht zu ändern, aber wirklich nachteilig ist die Lage der Wohnung nach hinten: Blick auf die Hinterhöfe und vor allem der unangenehme Geruch aus den Küchen der umliegenden Restaurants. Der schöne Balkon war nicht zu nutzen.
