Lusol Seafront Villa I is a spacious 160 sqm single-level residence with a private pool, an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The contemporary interiors, clean lines, warm details, and abundant natural light create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the residence.


The heart of the villa is its bright open-plan living and dining area, featuring comfortable sofas and a 60 Satellite Smart TV. Large openings create a seamless connection with the pool terrace while allowing guests to enjoy beautiful sea views from the comfort of the living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for preparing anything from a relaxed breakfast to a memorable dinner, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests.


The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. The first two bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers, providing private and relaxing spaces for guests. The third bedroom features twin beds, which can be converted into a double bed upon prior request, along with an en suite bathroom and direct pool access. This flexible layout is ideal for families or friends travelling together.


Fitness enthusiasts can maintain their routine during their stay in the private gym, equipped with a multi-fitness machine, dumbbells, fitness ball, and fitness bench. For additional sleeping capacity, the villa also features a comfortable sofa bed (upon prior request at an additional cost) for two guests in the gym area, accompanied by a dedicated shower room. A separate laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board provides all the practical comforts required for a carefree extended stay. A communal WC completes the indoor facilities.


Outdoor Facilities
The outdoor area is designed around the Mediterranean lifestyle, with the private swimming pool creating the perfect focal point for relaxing days under the Cretan sun. The 26 sqm private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and offers a refreshing escape throughout the day. The outdoor living area provides a relaxing space for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or quiet evenings by the pool. A gas barbecue and outdoor dining area for 6-8 guests create the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco meals with family and friends. An outdoor shower is also available for added convenience. The villa offers street parking, while its straight stairlift provides easy access from the entrance and enhances the accessibility of the residence.


*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


Accessibility
There is a straight stairlift at the entrance of the villas. You can easily use the stairlift to enter the Lusol Seafront Villa I. This facility can be used by elderly people or by people with mobility needs.


2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night/villa from April to October and 0,50EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.


Lusol Seafront Villa I is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Lusol Seafront Villa I is located on the lower level of the complex while Lusol Seafront Villa II is on the upper level.
