From time to time we do have maintenance staff visit the exterior of the property that might overlap with your stay to help us maintain our property. Our dedicated maintenance team includes hot tub service, grass cutting, garbage removal, and snow removal. There should be no impact on your stay and nor does any one require in-house access unless pre-discussed with you or it is to address an in trip issue you might be experiencing.

Christina is an amazing and kind host. Replies very quickly and ensured that our stay was going well. The home was very beautiful with all the amenities you could think of. It was perfect, spacious and very
clean. It is not crowded at all staying with 6 people. There is also a Walmart 10 minutes away with multiple food places and some local shops around. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at Christina's property. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the EV charger and hot tub were certainly a nice bonus for us. Instructions for the property were clear and reasonable. Most importantly, Christina was a very considerate and kind host. Thanks so much for making our stay in PEC extra special.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The inside has all been remodelled and was wonderful. The outside needs some more work done to it. They have added a beautiful big new front deck/porch which is where we mostly sat. The back deck where the bbq is, has weeds coming up through the deck and the lawn needs to be cut and the weeds managed in the driveway. We could not use the hot tub as the water was very murky, even after putting a "puck" in as instructed. I think the water may need to be changed out completely - I'm not sure. We used the bbq - it was great - we cooked in the kitchen and ate at the dining room table. It was nice to have all the spices, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all supplied.
