La terraza

The location is 1.5 miles from the town centre which is excellent because you are still few meters from the sea but without the overcrowding. The beach is excellent. The balcony gives you an excellent view of the sea and the sunrise. The flat is secure and so is the carpark. Marc the owner was very helpful. Plenty of restaurants around you.

No fault of the owner, the bedroom itself is small in size hence the bed is small. Although the kitchen has a brilliant cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, yet the cooking utensils restricts cooking. For example, there is little chance of cooking pasta the saucepan is far too small. Or a sieve to drain the water. Valencia is famous for its lemons and oranges, yet could not squeeze any, as there was no lemon squeezer. Tostadas are often eaten with grated tomatoes, the top Spanish breakfast, yet no grater. All small and cheap things to put right but makes all the difference. This may sound a bit picky but when you are staying a week or two it makes a big difference.

Ubicación, limpieza, muy bien equipado y la terraza impresionante. El anfitrión muy atento.
