I loved the staff was very helpful, even giving me free WiFi until I got a sim card. Muhumed who works bye the pool was very helpful nice polite young man. We would definitely come back here . Good holiday thank you.
The swimming pool where the slides is too shallow. It wasn't heated either. I tried all 3 pool they was freezing 🥶.

The pool and the staff was amazing. Especially Maghdi helped us so much and i want to thank him once more.
The rooms need to be more clean.
