- Excellent location
- Almost everything that was needed was available at the apartment
- Very good communication with the host
- The wifi was good and reliable
- Pet friendly (with a small fee)
- Check-out was somewhat problematic - we had to hand over the keys and the lady who came to check us in proposed a time almost half an hour earlier than what we suggested would suit us (which was still well within the check-out time limit); ultimately, it would have been much easier if it was possible to leave the keys in a letterbox when leaving
- Not ideal for people with respiratory allergies

Really great location in the heart of Pavia, and a nice little apartment to stay in. You really have everything in the room to be there for longer than a few days, with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc. Hosts were very friendly and getting and returning the keys went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.
Unfortunately the wifi code wasn't working for me, which wasn't a big deal since I wasn't there a lot, and there was an ethernet cable for my laptop. It can also be a bit noisy, as there's a courtyard right outside the window (down a couple of floors) where there was constant chatter until late at night, but that didn't bother me too much.
