Ms. Sheikha at the front desk solved the problem on the spot and gave me a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast was excellent, so was lunch.

So their standard rooms dont have desks. The design of the hotel is just below par and thats the way it is.

I would say its was an amazing experience at that property. To be honest, I stayed four times; everything is well. and good with staff as well. If I talk about food and breakfast i love that my favorite is shakshuka. With cardamom tea 🫶

I can’t say anything particularly good or particularly bad about this hotel. The location is decent: about 10 minutes to the well-known skyscraper, Sky Bridge, and roughly 3 minutes to the metro, from where you can reach almost anywhere in the city. However, in Riyadh it doesn’t really matter much where you stay, as you will likely need to take a taxi almost everywhere, usually 20–30 minutes. The hotel itself is quite tired. The beds are very uncomfortable, the pillows are hard, and sleeping was unpleasant. The air conditioning works poorly — it’s hard to tell what temperature it maintains. Breakfast is edible but not very varied, and the person making eggs seemed rather grumpy. The staff, however, are friendly and genuinely try to help. Initially, we were placed in a very poor room, right under air conditioning units by the window, but upon request we were moved to another room, which was much better. The pool is decent, though the weather was cold during our stay. Overall, that’s about all I can say about this hotel.
