Quiet, well equipped, spotless, perfect with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Compact but suited our needs perfectly!
Directions to condo were very confusing. Clearer instructions would have been…turn left on Nels Nelson (by The Den) and take your first left into 1901 Nichol. The instructions for door code were ambiguous too. Instead of “Once mechanism releases, turn handle and enter”, it should be turn KNOB and enter! Wifi was VERY weak.

There was AC in each of the bedrooms.
Everything was perfect except the mosquitoes bites. The weather was quite warm so we had to open the balcony door, to let the air in, but there was no mosquito' s net.
