With direct lake access, you'll have the opportunity to embrace the beauty of the water on Kentucky Lake at your convenience. For those eager to put in their own boat, there are conveniently located boat ramps to provide access for your boating adventures.

Sleeping Arrangements:

-Bedroom 1: King Bed with Novaform 14-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The manufacturer's weight limit is 1200 lbs.
-Bedroom 2: King Bed with Novaform 14-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The manufacturer's weight limit is 1200 lbs.
-Bedroom 3: King Bed with Novaform 14-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The manufacturer's weight limit is 1200 lbs.
-Bunk Room: 2 Twin Beds and 2 Full Beds with Simmons 8-inch Memory Foam Mattresses. The weight manufacturer's limit for the upper twin bunk is 200 lbs. The manufacturer's weight limit for the lower full bunk is 450 lbs.

Other Things to Note:

-A starter supply kit of items is provided which includes toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Each shower is supplied with a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.
-This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with mainly year-round residents, so please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM.
-Must be 25+ to book
-It is 96 steps down to the lake from the lower deck OR 111 steps from the top deck. Big Sandy Bluff is situated up on a hill (which provides great views) and depending on the water level there is a rocky beach area. The tram to the lake has been disabled so please do not play on the remaining track.
-The dock has been repaired. Some minor updates are happening between guests such as replacing various boards and painting.
-Duck blinds are put in Kentucky Lake in the fall, and there is a lottery to win a spot to hunt.

Pest Control:

Nestled by the serene lake, our property is professionally treated by a prominent pest control company every other month. In addition, the company is always on call for any spot treatments in between scheduled visits as needed. As we enjoy the warm summer months, please be aware that the natural surroundings may invite some bugs and wildlife, such as flies, spiders, lizards, and snakes.
