La privacidad, casa particular con el aparcamiento en la misma finca, buena ubicación
El acceso a la habitación por una escalera de caracol muy estrecha y empinada, sin aseo y se tiene que bajar al aseo en planta baja, peligroso

Villetta Sofia, una casa accogliente, molto pulita, molto fornita di lenzuola e asciugamani compreso l’asciugamano per la doccia. In tutte le stanze c’è l’aria condizionata, ha un bello spazio fuori sia davanti che dietro. Gli infissi sono nuovi, é abbastanza vicino al mare. Il Sig Giuseppe sempre molto disponibile. Struttura consigliata.
Forse unica nota un po’ meno positiva potrebbe essere la scala interna per accedere al primo piano dove c’è il letto matrimoniale, poiché è una scala stretta a chiocciola ma basta salire e scendere con molta calma guardando bene gli scalini e non c’è nessun problema. Ovviamente diverso è se usufruisce della scala è una persona anziana o dei bambini..

Proprietari molto disponibili ...la casa si trova in una bella posizione con il parcheggio interno molto comodo... La casa accogliente con split per il caldo e bellissimo spazio fuori.
Unica cosa forse scomoda per qualcuno la scala a chiocciola per arrivare alla stanza matrimoniale..
