The owner Thomas was very reactive, always friendly and showed great trust. Instructions were clear, the apartment is well located and has all necessary basics. We enjoyed the option to have easy access to snowshoes. The apartment was well heated up upon arrival and overall didn't feel too cold, and basic ingredients are available in the kitchen, this was a great service. In total, good value for money with room for improvement.
Under icy conditions, the ramp up to the apartment for parking and general access is very painful, we had to park along the street and be very cautious to not slip (access to some gravels would be helpful to not hurt oneself). Overall, there are many small details in the apartment that are not fully thought through (shower sink without gradient, curtain bar not properly fixed, wardrobes are quite messy with towels and small items stored at random places) and could be improved for more comfort. And unfortunately the sound insulation is quite poor, you hear every step from guests upstairs.

Mieszkanie ma ogromny potencjał, jest świetnie zlokalizowane, ma również piękny widok z okna. Łożka są wygodne, mieszkanie jest zadbane i komfortowe. Lokalizacja jest naprawde świetna, blisko sklepu, stacji benzynowej i największych atrakcji wyspy. Świetnie wspominam pobyt i chętnie lub polecę znajomym.
Kilka minusów, które troche utrudniły wyjazd:
Dużym minusem jest brak drewna do kominka. Drewno powinno być zapewnione ponieważ w mieszkaniu jest bardzo zimno. Zakup nie jest łatwy, trzeba przywieźć z Tromso albo kupić w mieście oddalonym o ok. 1h od mieszkania. To bardzo problematyczne. Drugim minusem, który realnie utrudnił mi pobyt jest to, że kroki sąsiadów z góry są bardzo słyszalne i codziennie budziłam się przez to. Kilka miejsc w mieszkaniu wymaga też naprawy np. wieszak na ręczniki w łazience lub zasłony w salonie. Nie podoba mi się również pobieranie opłaty za saunę i suszarkę. Nie wiem jaki realnie jest koszt jednorazowego użycia sauny ale 5 euro za wysuszenie ubrań to za dużo. System segregacji odpadów był dla mnie niejasny, nie było oddzielnych koszów i worków na śmieci, które w innych miejscach były zawsze dostępne. Ostatnim minusem jest bardzo późna godzina zakwaterowania.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était très agréable pour passer la nuit. C’est un très bon spot, bien situé et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Estaba limpio y tenia lo necesario para poder alojarse cómodamente
La entrada para aparcar y entrar al apartamento estaba congelada. No pudimos aparcar bien el coche. Además la distribución del alojamiento es un poco extraña. Nos alojamos por una noche, y a la 1 de la madrugada empezaron a picar a la puerta y por las ventanas, contactamos con el apartamento y nos respondió rápidamente que eran los otros huéspedes que se alojaban en la planta superior, justo acababan de llegar. Igual hubiese sido una mejor estancia si hubiéramos sabido que arriba había otro alojamiento.
