Apartment CasArosa - Free Private Parking

Probably the best accommodation! A beautiful apartment, spotless and incredibly well-equipped – the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of, and both bathrooms were just as well furnished. From the terrace, you get the most stunning view of the sea, which is only a few steps away across the street. Parking is not directly next to the apartment, but that wasn’t a problem for us – it’s across the road at another hotel, in a nice shaded area. The location of the apartment is excellent: in one direction, the city center is just a few minutes’ walk, and in the other direction, lies the famous Zlatni Rat Beach. Upon arrival, we even found refreshments waiting for us in the fridge – such hospitality is rare these days, and I found it absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host was excellent; he helped us upon arrival. I can only recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely return in the coming years.

In September we had a magical week-long vacation on the stunning Island of Brač, and I can confidently say this apartment exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by the host, who not only greeted us personally but remained available for anything we needed throughout our stay. A true gem of a person—professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. 🏡 The Apartment:  Immaculately clean and beautifully designed, this modern apartment offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The air conditioning and air purification system kept the space fresh and cool, even during the warmest days. With three spacious bedrooms, a stylish living room, and two pristine bathrooms, it was ideal for our group—everyone had room to relax and unwind. 🌅 The Terrace:  The absolute highlight! Just steps from the sea, the terrace is a dream come true. Covered for shade and privacy, it became our favorite spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and late-night chats under the stars. The view is breathtaking—crystal-clear waters and the soothing sound of waves just meters away. 💬 The Host & Agency:  Both the host and the agency were outstanding. Friendly, professional, and truly committed to making our stay perfect. Special thanks to the host for going above and beyond—waiting for us on arrival and making us feel completely at home. ✨ Final Thoughts:  If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable escape on Brač, look no further. The apartment is in an amazing location right on the sea front. There is a large living space as well as the verandah which has all the facilities you need. The beds were comfortable and showers in both bathrooms excellent! Mr Boro the owner is charming, friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting him.

The one slight improvement we could suggest is to have AC in the bedrooms as it was sometimes too warm at night. We solved this by leaving doors open.
