Two levels with two bathrooms plus garden and balcony was great.

The mattresses were well past their expiry date and we could feel the metal springs in all mattresses which was awful. Paying $3k for a weeks holiday and then dreading each night sleep was not great at all. Time the agent told the owner to completely upgrade all bedding. Kitchen was missing some basics and also we had to buy rubbish bin bags, detergent etc.

The property is located in a quiet street, you can't hear any noise from the main street. But the property is still located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, easy to everywhere.

The property asked to wash all dishes, packed rubbish and also take all bins out when checking out. The check out time is strictly 10am, so have to get up very early or do some housework one night before when having young children.

Location is close to the town, living room and kitchen area is nice

Bed linen and bath towels are not provided, only wish it is mentioned in the description (Booking.com) so that I’m informed before I put my deposit, is it inconvenient to bring 3 people worth of linen and towel to travel around, in fact it is the first accommodation I come across to have such requirement, and of course rental bed linen is “conveniently” provided by the agent at the cost of $35/ person. Some basic facilities are not provided, e.g. clothes dryer and hair dryer. It is not a terrible stay but considering all things above it is overpriced.
