Great location for easy access to malls, central Jeddah/Old Jeddah. Staff were attentive. Rooms were of a high standard. In house laundry fees were very low but standard was great. In house food choices were limited but great.
WiFi quality was a bit hit and miss, we were there to work and it proved quite slow at times due to low signal and signal drop outs.

We required a centrally located hotel which was clean & spacious and wouldn't break the bank. This hotel delivered on all fronts...The staff were superb, especially Thameem who was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel
