Authentic

Very central location. Everything was thought of carefully. There was so much in this apartment. We were spoilt by all the complimentary extras we didn't expect. The beds were comfortable. It was great value for money. The apartment was so well equipped more than anywhere else we stayed. There was a very artistic touch to this apartment. It felt very Italian and very unique. The personal touch by the host with recommendations of local entertainment was appropriated. Also the host went out of their way to make the beds the set up that worked for us as we were a group of 4 single people. The bar below wa the best place for atmosphere in the village and it was friendly and had good food. They took time to explain the whole menu. This was the most authentic Italian place we stayed in and we loved it!

We really enjoyed the little Amelgia village sorrounded by louds of greens, with an amazing view and friendly neighbourhood. The landlord lady has been very helpful, giving us useful tips. It is a place definately worth coming back.

Nice!

Good condition! The apartment is very cozy and well decorated. 1. There are some cards for entertainment for kids, and my 2-year-old baby likes them very much! She can stay at the living room and have fun comfortably. 2. The balcony is very spacious, we had our dinner there. And it’s so cool in the balcony at night. 3. The kitchen is well equipped with all, including microwave and capsule coffee machine. 4.At last we left a pair of sunglasses there, the lady brought it back to us in the afternoon. We really appreciate!

The only one is the washing macchine , but anyway we finally used it to wash all things after swimming. I think they well fix the problem soon.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e frigorifero già completo di acqua e altre bevande. Ottima posizione con ristorante di fronte alla porta d'ingresso molto comodo e di ottima qualità

Vacanza ad Ameglia

La disponibilità della padrona di casa. I comfort che offriva l'appartamento. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc...

Decisamente un po' troppe scale... Sia per accedere all'appartamento (2 rampe piuttosto ripide per arrivare da terra al secondo piano, dove si trova l'appartamento) che per andare dal parcheggio all'ingresso dell'abitazione.

Po upalnym dniu w podróży, w apartamencie przywitał nas przyjemny chłodek, lodówka pełna wody mineralnej, zimnych napojów, piwa, mleka i różnych smakołyków. Mieszkanie mieści się w starej kamienicy, w samym centrum urokliwego zabytkowego miasteczka. Na parterze jest świetna restauracja czynna wieczorami. Mieszkanie jest duże i dobrze wyposażone, klimatyzacja w dwóch pokojach. W odległości do kilkunastu kilometrów wiele atrakcji, z morzem i pięknymi górami. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką.

Dom jest stary, więc są pewne mankamenty - np. luźne płytki podłogowe w łazience, niezbyt wygodna kanapa w salonie. Mieszkanie jest pod dachem, więc ciężko je przewietrzyć nawet w chłodniejsze dni. Najgorzej sprawa wygląda z parkowaniem, ciężko o wolne miejsce, szczególnie wieczorami gdy przyjeżdżają goście do restauracji. Noszenie bagaży do auta na dolne poziomy parkingu to konieczność pokonania kilkudziesięciu metrów w pionie. Na tarasie / balkonie można zgadnąć co dziś serwuje kuchnia, bowiem komin wentylacyjny z restauracji kończy się tuż obok.

La casa era attrezzatissima con tutto, piena di 'coccole' (patatine per aperitivo, caramelline, birrette ed esta the). Adatta a cucinare con tutti gli utensili necessari, una bellissima terrazza. Insomma mantiene in tutto le promesse della descrizione cin qualche piacevole extra...

Příjemné ubytování v historickém městečku nedaleko moře.

Autentické ubytování ve starém domě v samém centru historického městečka. Dvoupokojový byt byl prostorný a plně vybaven. Součástí bytu je malý balkónek, ideální pro ranní kavu. Na uvítanou nás čekalo občerstvení v podobě nápojů a pochutin. Parkování bylo bezproblémové na parkovišti v blízkosti domu. S paní domácí jsme se bohužel nepotkali, ale během pobytu jsme bezproblémů komunikavali přes whatsapp. Sama se zajímala, zda něco nepotřebujeme a zda je všechno v pořádku a dávala nám tipy na výlety, restaurace a jiné.

Žádné výrazné nedostatky jsme nezaznamenali. Snad jen kuchyň nám přišla malá, ale byla dostatečně vybavená. Chtěl bych však upozornit na určité okolnosti, které mohou být pro někoho omezující: - městečko se nachází na kopci, tudíž bez auta je pohyb po okolí fyzicky náročnější. - byt se nachází v 1. patře a schody jsou poměrně příkré. - parkoviště je terasovité pod domem a k domu je přístup po schodišti. - v místě jsou jen omezené služby a možností nákupu. Větší obchod s potravinami a domacími potřebami je v sousedním městečku pod kopcem.

Paikan omistaja Elisa on mitä parhain emäntä huolehtimaan siitä, että asiakkaalla on kaikki kunnossa. Huoneisto on kodikas, puhdas ja hienosti suunniteltu kokonaisuus, josta ei voi olla pitämättä.

Huoneiston osalta kaikki todella hyvin. Alakerran ravintolan henkilökunta sen sijaan ei ollut kovin ystävällistä..

Ein bezaubernder Aufenthalt

Selten so viel Liebe zum Detail erlebt. Sogar der Kühlschrank war mit Getränke und Milch gefüllt, es gab Cerealien, Kaffee, Marmelade etc. Pflegeprodukte im Bad, es war sehr sauber, gutes Bett und Kissen und viele Handtücher. Die Lage bezaubernd und die Kommunikation mit signora Elisa perfekt. Die kleine Trattoria im Erdgeschoss und piazza ist der kracher....tolles Essen und Leute. Wir waren begeistert und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Sembra di stare in un dipinto, lo scorcio del balconcino sul borgo super romantico!

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il contesto in cui l'appartamento è collocato, ha una vista molto rilassante sulle colline e sul borghetto coloratissimo di Ameglia! Riguardo all'alloggio ho apprezzato tantissimo l'attenzione al cliente da parte della proprietaria, non mi era mai capitato di trovare tanti snacks e bevande fresche a disposizione inclusi nel costo, oltretutto il prezzo assolutamente onesto! Alla sera abbiamo acceso tante candele e si è creata un'atmosfera super rilassante.

Nulla, tutto fantastico! Forse i cuscini del letto, ma sono sempre molto soggettivi : )
