About this house rental
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private lake house all on one level
This place is all about the beautiful beach and shallow, sand bottom swimming area in a protected bay on Boulder Lake. The lake has great water clarity and quality fishing. The back deck overlooks the large beach (more than 100' of sandy shoreline) with just a gentle slope down to the water's edge. Kids will have a blast catching fish right off the dock. Bring your own boat to tie up and/or enjoy using the paddleboat and kayaks (2) available during your stay. You will have a lake view from almost every room in the house.
Bring your bikes to explore The Heartland Trail just a few minutes down the road.
This property is located between the adorable towns of Dorset (just 3 minutes away) and Nevis (5 minutes away) which have fun local shops and restaurants to explore.
Zorbaz is also just 3 minutes away.
Park Rapids is 12 minutes away.
There is a security camera in the back yard to monitor our dock and boat during and after inclement weather.

Our third summer back at Boulder Lake and everything was picture perfect once again! Even with a few cold days, the location is close to neighboring tourist towns that filled our days until the sun came out. Our family feels “at home” here; comfortable living spaces, cozy beds, well appointed kitchen, beach and dock for endless hours of summer fun.

We enjoyed our stay again this summer! The beach is perfect for the little kids. Hours were spent making sand castles, jumping off the dock and swimming out to the big boulder. Being able to have fresh clean towels each day was a bonus with having a washer and dryer. We could have benefited from having 2 garbage bins outside, we had it full after the first few days. Hoping to make it back next Summer.
