You're not going to want to leave this breathtaking executive waterfront condo located in the quiet community of Tierra Verde. Watch dolphins and manatees swim by in the Grand Canal from your kitchen, living room and even master bedroom. This condo was recently renovated and boasts upgrades like:
- A spacious master suite that looks out over the canal, has a large walk-in closet, vanity and an enormous tiled walk-in double faucet shower
- Updated floor tile and ceiling fans throughout
- Private second bedroom with a huge walk-in closet

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
