About this house rental
Ideally located, affordable carriage house suite. Has own laundry, air conditioner, Telus TV and Wifi. Sleeps 4 comfortably on two queen size beds. Living room couch does lay down for a 5th sleeping space. Outdoor space to store bikes, skis and boat parking available. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, salons, movie theatre and indoor rock climbing gym. Play a round of golf at Penticton golf course or watch a hockey game or concert at the SOEC, both also within walking distance. Located in between two lakes. 3-5min drive or 15-20min walk to Okanagan lake and 8min drive to Skaha lake. 35 minute drive to Apex Mountain Resort.

The property was less than a 5 minute drive to Okanogan Beach and about a 10 minute drive to Skaha Beach. Lots of dining and grocery stores within a short drive or walking distance . The property was clean and had all the amenities. It was a bit tight for the six of us as the pull out couch in the living room was a bit small for 2 people. There wasn’t a yard or any area for the kids to play outside, but there were large soccer fields a block away. I wish there was a deck with a barbecue, but the area was safe and quiet.

The unit was excellent and the manger was outstanding.

It met our basic needs, but there were several misses that happened.While the host did their best to overcome challenges, such as the fridge & AC not working as expected, the place was overall just okay - beds were not very comfy, pullout couch didnt pull out, kept getting packages delivered to the door which was annoying, etc.Again, it will meet your basic needs but that's about it.
