Very clean and good quality furnishings. Bed very comfy. Everything we needed for couple nights away. Off street parking space. No extra payment to take the dog either.
There is a small shared (with adjoining holiday let) front garden area with planters/flower pots and a bench which could, if allowed, possibly benefit from a slightly higher boundary feature/trellis separating garden from pavement and made a bit more ‘garden like’.

Location is ideal the 4 dog friendly restaurants are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. A large park is behind the cottage. Good having own private parking place off street. I didn't expect the hospitality tray so that was a bonus .
I enjoyed my stay and will return. Only slight negative is I am used to a larger TV but that is splitting hairs.
