BiBo Suites San Agustín

The room was top-notch! Very nice. Also, because there was a problem with the air conditioning in the building, the staff upgraded us to another room in another building.

Nothing.

The apartment was lovely - a good size, tastefully and comfortably furnished. The large windows looked across the narrow street onto the neighboring building, so not a lot of light. But no problem - the place was well lit. Kitchen was modern and well equipped, but could have use a couple of smaller pots and storage containers. The bed was comfortable and shower very enjoyable. While some have commented on street noise, I did not notice it as a problem. Staff were friendly. Checkin went smoothly (in advance on line) with door codes provided in advance (someone phoned a couple of days in advance to see if I had received mine). Location was perfect - close to Gran Via, a Carrefour Express and very close to the Cathedral. Taxis will drop you off a few meters from the front door. Almost everything of interest was walking distance, including the Alhambra if you are up to the climb. Overall, good value for money and highly recommended.

Rooms size and cleanliness.

It is in city center and can be noisy. Parking instructions were challenging.

The location is great. Clean apartment.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable, unprofessional and somehow strange but in a bad way(see adjusted picture).
