About this house rental

Enjoy the beach across the street from this large 3bdrm/ 2 bathroom home. Includes covered rear patio with bbq grill and backyard, garage for secure parking, and room for entire family to spread out. We provide free beach amenities-chairs, towels, kids toys, cooler. Just 15 min from San Juan, 5 min from Bacardi Rum Factory, take Catano ferry to/from San Juan, just 2 blocks from Punta Salinas public beach with parking/restrooms/picnic areas.

The house is very comfortable, close to everything. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. I stayed with my two sons, daughter in law and two grandkids, everybody enjoyed the house and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Nice house. Clean. Snorkeling gear was a plus! Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Living room had very cozy couches. Great A/C. Cooled house quickly even when we turned A/C off when we were not at the house. Only 3 chairs for dining table. Beach chairs were broken. Very small beach towels. A/C unit in one bedroom leaked on floor. Emailed before trip with questions and didn't get email back. and emailed when checked out with A/C problem- no email back.

For the most part the place served its purpose for sleeping with plastic cover pillows (crunchy). However, it does not sleep 8 it only sleeps 6 and there is only 2 bathrooms not 3. Barely any hot water and the outdoor furniture is extremely dirty so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors in the back. The beach is across the street from the home not water front isn’t swimmer friendly and has tons of glass and trash in the sand. Property does not match the pictures…
