Uiterst relaxed en het personeel is zeer servicegericht. De stijl is prettig en open en geeft een kalmerende vibe. De kamers zijn ruim en koel en het terrasje beneden is fijn. De afwerking in het hotel is van hoge kwaliteit. Het zwembad is heerlijk (en geen handdoekje leggen!) en de hele sfeer is puur vakantie.
De combinatie tussen Plage en Hotel is nog niet optimaal. Gescheiden betalen en “het is te druk met lunchgasten dus jullie in het hotel moeten wachten op je lunch” is merkwaardig, vooral als het terras bij Plage halfvol is en wij toch ook gewoon gasten zijn? Ook het aanbod komt niet overeen (0.0 biertje bij de één en niet bij de ander, tenzij je er heel speciaal om vraagt). Komt niet heel service-minded over. Maar dat is echt het enige.
