Newly Renovated! You've found the perfect place to get away from it all. Moss Oak Lane #274 is one of the cleanest units around. This is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse overlooking the 18th Fairway at Sea Palms Golf Club.
Downstairs in this townhouse, you'll find two bedrooms, both with en-suite baths - each with a tub/shower combination. The king size master bedroom has a private patio overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The second bedroom has two queen beds, perfect for six to sleep comfortably.
Upstairs you'll love the spacious living room with a separate dining room area and an open updated kitchen. There are spectacular views from the second floor! With family in mind, this townhouse offers lots of seating for a great movie, a fully stocked kitchen for simple to gourmet meals. The 2nd floor deck allows hours of outside time and no worries of mosquitos and no-see-ums because it is completely screened in. This was the perfect place for us to stay during our leadership conference at Sea Palms. Easy walking distance to everything and a quick drive to all restaurants and bars. We had a great time.

Overall, we had an amazing time. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay at this property again. The check-in/out process was outdated and inefficient. Despite having a keypad on the door, you had to drive to realty office to pick up “keys” and check out info. There were no actual keys…just the code for lock pad. Then, at check out, you had to drive back to the office to return the “keys”. This was a major inconvenience when the code and very brief checkout instructiond could have been provided in an email. I will consider this detail before future bookings.
