About this house rental
The house is in the newly built Abbey Creek community right next to PCC Rock Creek. When you enter you'll find an open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances that is perfect for home cooking. Upstairs has the four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Attached to the house is a two car garage for convenient parking.

Our stay was great! The house was very spacious, perfect for 2 teens and 3 adults. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage, it made for easy unloading. It's a bit tight to get in and out of the ally, but overall so convenient. The house did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke, whether it was previous owners or guests, I don't know. It didn't bother us, but I mention it in case someone is extremely sensitive to it. Communication to the property manager before check in was great. We didn't need to contact them during our stay, but it was nice to know they were very responsive. Something to be aware of for future guests: the street is very busy and noisy during the morning and evening commutes. The rest of the day it was pretty quiet and there are some lovely trees across the street where we could hear the birds chirping. We didn't mind since the location is near our friends we were visiting, closer than any hotels. Would definitely stay again!
