These are not villas! They are just an older moldy smelling rooms. Disappointing.

The room smelled very moldy. Also the walkway going to the room was very slick when wet, so if not wearing the right shoes or not being very careful, could easily slip and fall.

Nice Villa with picturesque garden and lovely private pool. Villa Unique is 50nts down a well paved lane, away from traffic noise. All the staff are caring and considerate, friendly and smiling Balinese locals. I loved my two weeks there.

Affordable & best location

Very quiet place, peaceful, AC very cold (we love it) the location is only 5-10mins by scooter to Ubud centre. Simple delicious breakfast, super helpful & friendly staffs. Definitely recommend and it’s our 2nd time to visited this place. We love it, super affordable. The swimming pool is nice

It was really dirty. There were ants everywhere, very smelly. The mozzy tulle was very dirty and stained, sheets had stains on it. There was rarely hot water. When we picked up the foot towel, hair stuck to my hand. There was a stain on the bees that looked like dried blood. Overall, it was very dirty. We were considering leaving the accommodation but there was no place else.

Dissapointing stay, wanted to get away asap.

Quite central

The hosts tried to add 10% for card payment, which was not specified on my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation and refused the extra charge. This was then accepted. This place is quite old and outdated, needing a lot of maintenance. There is borer infestation in the cupboards, dressing table, and window frames. Shower pressure was very low in our bathroom. Shower mixer handle not fixed, comes off when used. Bath towels provided are past their use-by date. No hand towels provded. Bed matress damp and smelly. Curtains and mosquito nettings very old and dirty.

Loved It!

The pool was great & the room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Even had a bath tub! Also right across the road from the museum and local art galleries.

Was a little bit of a walk into town but easy ride by scooter.

Very good

I thought that it had local charm. It had an older look but definitely Bali influenced. It was close enough to the things that we wanted to do in Ubud. The bed was comfortable. The pool was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate & well prepared.

The property needs some updating. There was only 1 key to the room so if you expect to have a cleaning service which you need daily because they only provide you with 2 towels, you have to leave your key at the desk & request cleaning. Simply should be done each day. Door to bathroom broke so you had to lock with a key. A large bird of some sort deficated nightly on the balcony leaving a terrible mess - another reason for a daily visit from the cleaning staff. The lighting in the restroom was inadequate. No shuttle service provided by the Villa & most attractions are not within walking distance. No face towels at all. No in room safe. No hangers in the dresser. The walk way to the Villas as well as the entrance to the property is poorly lit and not well signed. Just a lot of little things and attention to detail could make this a very recommendable place to stay. Again, the staff was wonderful. Seems the owner needs to reinvest some money into the property.

Disappointingly dirty, you get what you pay for, not suitable for families with small kids

Decent price, but got what we paid for. Staff was friendly, but when we needed them they seemed never to be around or hiding.

The whole place needs a thorough cleanup and also some renovations and replacements. Especially the kitchen was disgustingly dirty and we didn't really wanna touch anything in there, but didn't have a choice. Low water pressure, but not a big issue for us. The most disappointing fact was the issue about cleanliness.

Good stay , good property, but not private pool

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were not cleaning time to time only morning time, and one thing very weird they always wanted your key when u left the room ,

Our bathtub has a hole, which was not a good experience 😕 we asked them to change the room, but they ignored it completely , in the booking.com they mentioned they private villa, but its common for everyone otherwise nice experience

We had great stay

We had great time. Stuff was very friendly, arranged bikes and prepared fruit bowls for us. We stayed there 10 days. Pool was great. Also very good wifi reception (I had couple of work video calls)

Staff was friendly and attentive. A fair number of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Close enough to Ubud centre yet very quiet and peaceful both during the day and at night.

Private pool and shared pool were either child friendly. Address was hard to find.

Staff is great, they’ve been helping me with any my problems even not about hotel but about life on Bali. I love the swimming pool, it’s very clean. The place is quiet and in nice location 15 min from Ubud center.

Great ubud villa to rent for family

Staff is very accommodating and takes exceptional care to make us comfortable. We intentionally wanted to stay in Ubud but away from the crowds. Close to many massages place and restaurants. Our favorite is pulau kelapa.

20 minutes to Ubud center but we have rented a car w/ driver so it is not big deal but we walk around the villa. A great gym is just 5 minutes walk.

Unsere beiden Villen lagen direkt in einem wunderschönen Garten, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Weil der bei Regen war es sehr, sehr glatt und es war nicht möglich, sich am Treppenabgang richtig festzuhalten. Meine Tochter ist gestürzt. Im oberen Zimmer hat es rein geregnet. Es gab keine Safes zum Schließen der Wertsachen.

Villa Unique føles som en hemmelig og luksuriøs base midt i Bali. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

En skjult perle på Bali – Villa Unique overgik alle forventninger Vi boede et par dage på Villa Unique og ville ønske vi havde booket længere. Det her sted er virkelig noget helt særligt. En lille oase gemt væk bag et par rækker huse fra vejen, hvor man straks føler roen sænke sig. Personalet var intet mindre end fantastiske. Så imødekommende, hjælpsomme og oprigtigt søde. Alt fungerede fra første øjeblik. Nem og hurtig check in, morgenmad serveret til tiden hver dag, og roomservice blev endda timet så de kom mens vi var ude. Virkelig gennemført og betænksomt. Placeringen var helt super. Hvis vejret havde været bedre, havde vi gået ind til Ubud hver dag – det var så tæt på og nemt at komme til. Selv med lidt regn og gråvejr var det stadig rart at være der, men vi kan kun forestille os hvor hyggeligt og levende området er i sol og varme. Selvom vi havde et par dage med dårligt vejr, var oplevelsen stadig skøn. Jeg tør næsten ikke tænke på hvor magisk stedet må være i sol og varme. Selv i regnvejr var det hyggeligt og smukt.

Noget man dog skal være opmærksom på, er at stedet ligger midt i naturen og er meget autentisk. Det betyder at man kan støde på en snegl på terrassen eller en lille bille på gulvet hvis døren står åben. Det var ikke vores favoritdel af opholdet, men det er en del af pakken når man bor tæt på naturen.

7명 대식구가 단독으로 쓸 수 있어 좋았음. 주변에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 식당, 마사지샵이 많음. 직원이 상주하고 있어 물어보기 좋았음. 부모님이 가실 수 있는 한국식당이 가까이 있어 좋았음.

나무가 많아 사진이 너무 예쁘게 나오지만, 개미도 많았음. 우붓왕궁까지는 걸어가긴 힘들었음
