A good stay in a perfect location

Perfect location for us. Plenty of of space. 2 bedrooms.

Height of toilet. Lack of medium sized cooking utensils. Crockery a bit sparse. Wi-Fi tricky to use. Lack of some basic information (in writing) for stove.

A very comfortable stay in a modern, spacious apartment

A beautifully renovated, very spacious apartment offering everything you could possibly want during your stay. The wood burning stove made it very warm and cosy.

It wasn't easy to communicate with the owner directly in advance - there was some kind of intermediary agent. But she arrived very promptly to hand over the keys and collect them again, and was very pleasant and friendly. In the apartment, the only slight criticism would be the lack of a washbasin in the toilet - but I know that is the French way...

Exceptional

The appartement is very big, very very clean and you find there everything that you need for a good vacation! It is just like you see it in the pictures. We had a good communication with the agency that takes care of the appartement (Cooconair). The appartement is 3 min walk to the ski slopes in Termignon, 2 min drive from Intermarche supermarket and there are a few small food shops just all around the apartment. The owner was very responsive to our small issues. We highly recommend this appartement! It is really clean and confortable!! The price is fair for the location. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

The only thing that is missing in the apartment is a heater in the small room with tower bed. There, the temperature is lower than the other rooms.

we needed to wait 3 hours for the host to give us the key We came after a long flight and there was not a peace of toilet paper the towels were facial towels even though towels are included We were charged for using the heater!!!!!!!

Sehr sonnige Tage mit schattigen Nächten

Die Unterkunft hat den Charme einer großzügigen modernisierten altertümlichen Unterkunft mit Jugendherbergscharakter. Wir haben uns sehr über die in der Nähe liegenden tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gefreut.

Die Wohnung ist bei tiefen Außen-Temperaturen nur unzureichend beheizbar. Der im Wohnraum installierte Pelletofen reicht nicht für die vollständige Erwärmung. Der Ofen wird ergänzt durch in zwei Schlafzimmer angebrachte zu klein dimensionierte elektrisch betriebene Radiatoren. Das riesige Bad wird nur von einem elektrischen Handtuchhalter eisfrei gehalten. Der durch ein kleines Fenster mit einem Schlafzimmer verbundene Raum mit dem Etagenbett ist genau wie der Raum mit der einzigen Toilette nicht beheizt. Die Böden sind entsprechend kalt und in der Toilette und im Bad könnte ein Badteppich Abhilfe schaffen. Der wurde aber nicht einmal gegen Bezahlung angeboten. Ein Hinweis auf die Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist versteckt und wird bei der Buchungsbestätigung ebensowenig angegeben, wie die durch den Mieter durchzuführende Endreinigung oder Ersatzleistung von 150 Euro. Der bereits bemängelte nicht passende und lockere Toilettensitz wurde bislang nicht ersetzt. Kritik begegnet man mit dem Argument, dass die Wohnung schließlich zu einem sehr günstigen Preis vermietet würde. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, dass eine Schneeschaufel fehlen würde und es wurden neben 150 Euro für die Endreinigung 50 Euro für eine Schneeschaufel eingezogen. Angeblich ist diese zwischenzeitlich wieder aufgetaucht. Unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Umstände muss die Betreuung insgesamt als unzureichend und unfreundlich bewertet werden. Ein Beschwerdeverfahren läuft. 3.2.26: Das Geld wurde zurückerstattet. Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.

Logement spacieux et propre. Calme.

La propriétaire est un peu pressante au niveau des horaires. Pas de nécessaire pour faire un peu de ménage avant de partir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Le logement était très bien placé et très agréable. Venus pour voir l'évènement de la Grande Odyssée VVF, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Le Poële est un réel plus dans ce logement, cela donne une atmosphère cosy et agréable. Le logement est propre et refait depuis peu. Le matelas du lit King size était top, sensible du dos j'ai très bien dormi. Mais ce n'est pas le cas pour l'autre lit double. Nous avons eu un problème d'eau et la propriétaire a été très réactive.

Il manque toutefois quelques produits qui seraient bien utiles pour un court séjour ; sopalin, liquide vaisselle, savon pour la salle de bain, une pastille pour le lave linge... Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est le prix des draps et serviettes. Vraiment trop cher.
