апартаменти відповідали фото, все нове і гарне. Хороше розташування, близько до моря, тихо
на рецепції не розмовляли англійською мовою, тому було важко спілкуватися. WI-FI майже ніколи не працює, довелося купували додаткову карту. Занадто мало посуду в апартаментах, шаф і поличок на кухні багато, але вони пусті. Для комфортного проживання потрібно додати в апартаменти посуд

We stayed on the third floor and we had very clean, new and well furnished apartment with sea view.
Small food shops and bakeries are close enough to the apartment. They're very good restaurants on the sea line that are 10 min walk. Very calm area, without music and great for relaxing stay.
Sea is very beautiful and clean.
The owner of the apartment speaks Serbian or German. The major problem for me was that he does not speak English. Basically, the only workaround is to communicate through Booking agent.
The location of the apartment on booking is different from the one on google maps, it is not critical but need to keep in mind that it 2 streets higher.
There was a kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator that was great to have. But we really missed the kettle. Also, a microwave would be definitely nice to have.

Obszerny parking, spokojna okolica, nowoczesny wystrój, miła obsługa i otrzymany nowy kosz na śmieci.
Komary i komary. Brak sprzątania lub szczotki do zamiatania przez cały pobyt, brak informacji: o dostatecznej ilości naczyń, brak worków na śmieci, dodatkowego papieru toaletowego, płynu do zmywania naczyń, opisywanych kosmetyków i przede wszystkim ciągłości ciepłej wody (chyba w ramach nadmiernej oszczędności utrudniającej jednak znacznie zwykły pobyt).

A very new and very clean appartment. Good textile, good hairdryier, nice view. It is obvious from the previous feedbacks that the owner learns from his guests something about service. So I do sincirely hope he'll improve his premises and his service skills for the new guests. As for my stay all 7 days of our stay were nice, but not the first and the last impressions...
First of all, nobody informs you beforehand about the tourist tax you pay on the spot (around 7€ per adult, a bit less for a child), although the Booking states all taxes included. Also a man takes your passport for 2 hours to reguster it in the tourist agency. I do not know how in other countries but in Ukrainian one it is stated that you are highly not recommended to handover your pass to someone except for police or customs etc.... This is the first time in my travl experience I had to handover my pass for not going to agency. Other hosts manage this issue somehow without taking your passport. As well the manager Dunia asked us to pay 50% beforehand on the card though my credit card is connected to Booking for this matters 🤷♀️ The host does not speak English (and it's miracle I speak German he speaks also) - please indicate real languages you use in the apartments description. No kettle, no proper tea cups, not enough hangs in the bathroom. There were some other minorities we solved on the go - like we were said we have to buy toilette paper ourselves (🤯🤯🤯🫤 - really???) but as all toilettaries were stated in the Booking description the host kindly supplied us with t.paper and garbige bags. We were taken 2 types of transport to get to the mesmerizing Montenegro sea; spent 48 hours to get here inspite of war; we travel without our husbands and not by our cars because the war, so our children sleep calmly and splash in the sea without risk of airbombing.... We cannot bring all supplies with us - we have limited luggage. And finally, when checking out we asked the host to come and check the rooms (we were like suspecting to have issues, so decided to demonstrate it is all fine we left). In two hours we came and heard we did something with two cups and plate..... pffff. In the end they found them but I made my opinion. This is far away from simple service we get used to).
