Disappointed and expectaions not met (as a frequent traveler)

Location.

Bad and unavailable customer service. Lack of clarity on AC type, on booking there was no mention of portable. It was very warm and uncomfortable. No solution was provided by the property neither by booking.com. Very steep stairs. The building door was always open (less security). No guidelines for using equipment in the apartment. Weak and unstable internet.

In Lörrach mit das beste was man als Apartment / Ferienwohnung bekommen kann. Und ich habe schon viele Apartments und auch Hotels hier durch. - blitzschnellen Support vom Anbieter zwecks Buchungsbestätigung und Check IN - sehr saubere Wohnung - perfekt durchdachtes neuwertiges Inventar ( Fehlte mir an gar nichts ) - ca 2 Std nach Check IN eine Nachricht ob alles ok ist und man irgendetwas bräuchte - guter Italiener gleich um die Ecke - ruhig - relativ Preiswert obwohl Samstag / Sonntag Gerne wieder :)

- falls nicht mobil nächster Laden 25mim gehweg

السلم منحدر دائري يصعب حمل الحقائب الى الدور الثاني يوجد مكيف ماء غير كافي في الايام الحاره

Très content de notre séjour. Bonne adresse à retenir.

Appartement spacieux moderne et bien décoré. Bien chauffé. Toutes les commodités pour la cuisine (huile, condiments, etc.;) et le petit déjeuner (capsules Nespresso). 2 salles de bain dont une grande douche. WIFI impeccable. Lit très confortable. en un mot : superbe.
