About this villa rental
Top-of-the-range villa, on one level, crossing EAST/WEST, two outdoor spaces on each side: a very large terrace overlooking a flowered and tree-lined garden to the west with swimming pool and sun loungers facing south as well as a to the east with dining area and barbecue, possibility of enjoying sunshine all day. Inaugurated in June 2022.
The Villa is ideally located in a very sought after area for its location in Saint Martin de Re in the heart of the island, close to everything (town center, shops and cycle paths), extremely quiet even in the middle of August :
- 1 minute on foot (200 m) from the beach of Saint Martin (sand all the time, La Cible restaurant, sailing club, pétanque court, basketball, football, beach volleyball).
- near the center of Saint Martin crossing the citadel of Vauban
- 3 minutes on foot (300 meters) from the coastal path which runs along the oyster farmers and their seafood tastings to the Fleet.
- 7 minutes on foot (600 meters) from the area artisanal with all types of shops (Bakery, Intermarche, Leclerc, Lidle, Biocoop, Picard, Pharmacy, Decathlon, Clothing)
- 1 minute from the cycle paths by bike which bring you in 10 minutes to the Fleet, 20 minutes to the beaches of Wood etc
