Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Wohn-esszimmer und Großem Led-fernseher

Our spacious (approx. 80 square meters) apartment is located on the upper floor of the building (and is therefore, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible) and is lovingly and modernly furnished. The living/dining room is equipped with a large LED TV, a spacious sofa bed, and beautiful furniture and decor. The bedroom, which measures about 30 square meters, is quite spacious and features a small flat-screen TV and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking area, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a modern sink with a hair dryer. The pantry... we had to take it as-is—it simply speaks for itself!!! Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash on-site on the day of arrival. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The key to the vacation rental is kept in a key box right by the door. You’ll receive the code for this after booking. Pets are not allowed. Crib/extra bed available free of charge upon request. Refreshments: We have a small selection of our jams, local wines, as well as water and beer available for you. Other: Men’s and women’s bicycles, which you can use for a fee of 10 euros each for the entire duration of your stay.
