We had room to spread out and feel at home.

The seating (chairs and couch) were super hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment was spotless. The bedrooms and kitchen were spotless. Each room has its own ac. Bathroom is nicely sized and modern, hot water never ran out. Having a full sized refrigerator was convenient to store groceries and ice. Kitchen is stocked with cutlery and pans to cook. During the day the neighborhood is bustling, at night it’s quiet. Large flat screen tv in living room. Parking is in driveway. This was a perfect fit for my active family of 4. The host is cordial and responsive. Walmart and Econo (grocery store) are 1 mile away. The bayamon hospital is 1 mile away. The apartment is a 25 minute ride from San Juan airport. It’s 1 hour away from El Yunque. 30 minute ride from old San Juan. 1.5 hours from Isabela (take the day trip to Isabela, the beaches and food are worth it). Lots of food in the area, I’d recommend doña Ana for dinner.

The location was excellent, the premises were clean and well-maintained. We had access to a TV, WiFi, ironing board, hair dryer, and all the basic amenities that travelers require. When we needed to contact the renters, they responded promptly and professionally, answering all our questions. Highly recommend

The house gets HOT. An A/C is a must to cool down living room and kitchen area. The lay out of the bathroom does not provide privacy from the neighbors as you almost share a wall with them, and you can hear everything the same way they can hear you easily. One of the bedroom’s a/c was not cooling the room and I think it has to do with the placement of the unit, because if you got close to it you could feel cold air but it wasn’t good enough for that room.
